目的探讨在乳牙根管治疗中应用机用镍钛器械与传统手用不锈钢器械的效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月在柘城县人民医院口腔科行乳牙根管治疗的患儿78例(222个根管),均为单颗患牙。随机分为两组,观察组(109个根管)和对照组(113个根管),各39例。对照组应用传统手用不锈钢器械,观察组应用机用镍钛器械,对比分析两组根管预备效果及时间、根充效果。结果观察组根管预备效果明显优于对照组,根管预备时间明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组根管适充率为77.9%,明显低于观察组的90.8%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在乳牙根管治疗中应用机用镍钛器械进行根管预备的效果较好,可达到理想的根管成形效果,提高根管适充率,且操作较为简便。
Objective To explore the effect of using mechanical nickel-titanium instruments and traditional hand-held stainless steel instruments in the treatment of primary deciduous teeth root canal. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016, 78 cases (222 root canal) of children undergoing primary root canal treatment in dental department of Tancheng People’s Hospital were selected as the single affected teeth. Randomly divided into two groups, observation group (109 root canal) and control group (113 root canal), each 39 cases. In the control group, traditional hand-made stainless steel instruments were used in the observation group. Nitrogen-titanium instruments were used in the observation group, and the effect of root canal preparation and the time and root filling were compared and analyzed. Results The root canal preparation in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the preparation time of root canal was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The rate of root canal filling in the control group was 77.9%, significantly lower than that in the observation group (90.8% , Significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of root canal preparation using machine nickel-titanium instrument in root canal therapy of deciduous teeth is good, which can achieve ideal root canal forming effect and improve root canal filling rate, and the operation is simple.
