目的:探讨胸外科护理管理中应用行为科学管理法的价值。方法:随机选取2014年2月~2015年7月在浙江省丽水市人民医院接受胸外科手术治疗的472例患者为研究对象。采用随机分组法将其中236例采取常规护理,设为对照组;另236例在基础护理中引进行为科学管理,设为观察组。对比观察两组患者护理质量情况及患者满意度、依从性情况。结果:观察组患者的护理总评情况、服务态度调查情况、患者满意度情况以及患者依从性情况均显著优于对照组,且护理缺陷率相对较低,两组对比结果数据(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:将行为科学用于护理管理,对护理风险进行管控,不仅能建立良好的医患关系,还可提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of behavioral scientific management in the management of thoracic surgery. Methods: 472 patients undergoing thoracic surgery at Lishui People's Hospital of Zhejiang Province from February 2014 to July 2015 were randomly selected for the study. A total of 236 cases underwent routine nursing care, which were randomly divided into two groups. The other 236 cases were managed by behavioral control in basic nursing, and were regarded as observation group. Compare the two groups of patients with quality of care and patient satisfaction, compliance. Results: The total nursing care situation, service attitude investigation, patient satisfaction and patient compliance were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group, and the nursing defect rate was relatively low. The data of the two groups were compared (P <0.05) has statistical significane. CONCLUSION: Using behavioral science in nursing management and controlling nursing risk can not only establish a good doctor-patient relationship, but also improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
