随着巨峰葡萄种植面积的扩大和单产的提高,出现果实着色不佳和品质下降等问题,高产葡萄园更为突出。自1987年以来,我们开展了改善葡萄着色和品质的研究,筛选出“葡萄着色增糖剂”。经本市和江苏、浙江、河北、辽宁、山东、陕西、安徽、山西、福建、北京等10余个省市的应用表明:巨峰葡萄应用葡萄着色增糖剂后,对提早成熟和改善品质有极好的效果。据上海市农业局植保植检站试验,在喷葡萄着色增糖剂后3、6、10和13天,葡萄着色度分别达25.1%、53.7%、76.5%和93.3%,而同期未喷的着色度仅
