铁尾矿是我国排放量最大的固体废弃物之一,铁尾矿大量堆存引起了严重的环境污染,将铁尾矿应用于胶凝材料的生产是实现铁尾矿大宗利用的有效途径。以马鞍山姑山铁尾矿为原料,采用TG-DTA、XRD、IR等测试方法研究了热活化对铁尾矿胶凝活性的影响,结果表明热活化能提高铁尾矿的胶凝活性,实验条件下,700℃热活化处理获得了胶凝活性最好的铁尾矿。
Iron tailings is one of the most solid wastes in our country. A large amount of iron tailings piled up causing serious environmental pollution. Applying iron tailings to the production of cementitious materials is an effective way to realize the large-scale utilization of iron tailings. The effects of thermal activation on the gelation activity of iron tailings were studied by TG-DTA, XRD, IR and other tests using Maanshan Gushan iron tailing. The results show that thermal activation energy can improve the gelation activity of iron tailings.
