目前已发现的 34种解离素 金属蛋白酶蛋白 (ADAMs)是一类具有解离素和金属蛋白酶样活性的膜蛋白。ADAMs分子结构中金属蛋白酶区水解释放的金属蛋白酶可分解多种基质蛋白 ,而其分子中的解离素区及半胱氨酸富含区的水解产物则表现出抑制细胞黏附与移动的功能。ADAMs及其释放的多种特异性生长因子参与了肿瘤、关节炎、动脉粥样硬化、哮喘和早老性痴呆等多种疾病的发生与发展。
So far, 34 kinds of dissociated metalloproteinases (ADAMs) have been found to be a class of membrane proteins with dissociation and metalloproteinase-like activities. The metalloproteases released by metalloproteases in ADAMs can decompose a variety of matrix proteins, while the dissociation and cysteine-rich hydrolysates in ADAMs exhibit the function of inhibiting cell adhesion and migration. ADAMs and many specific growth factors released by them are involved in the occurrence and development of many diseases such as cancer, arthritis, atherosclerosis, asthma and Alzheimer’s disease.
