通过对CNC车床机械系统典型故障模式进行分析,建立了该机床的故障树。确定了四大类典型故障,26种故障现象及69个故障底事件。运用布尔函数求出故障树的最小径集或最小割集,找到了CNC车床故障发生规律及相互之间的影响,从而为该机床的预防维修和故障控制提供了一种简便、直接的方法,对提高类似的数控车床可靠性和维修具有普遍意义。
By analyzing the typical failure mode of CNC lathe mechanical system, the fault tree of the machine tool is established. Four major types of typical faults, 26 kinds of fault phenomena and 69 fault events were identified. Using the Boolean function to find the minimum or minimum cut sets of the fault tree, the rules of the occurrence of CNC lathes and the mutual influence between them are found, which provides a simple and direct method for the preventive maintenance and fault control of the machine tools. To improve the reliability and maintenance of similar CNC lathes have universal significance.
