在国际上树立一个良好的客观公正的中国形象,让世界了解中国,是我们每一位电视外宣工作者努力奋斗的目标。作为地方台制作外宣节目,应该认识到把一个什么样的城市介绍给海外观众,客观上就是把一个什么样的中国传播到世界各地。充分利用电视传媒,在国际上客观公正地宣传中国,在潜移默化中树立改革开放的中国形象,依靠的是电视“大外宣”战略。现在,中央台国际频道是中国对外传播的一个重要窗口,地方台与之长期的多角度的合作正在形成一股合力。在实施“大外宣”战略中,地方台要想提高电视外宣节目的质量,必须进一步突出地方特色,增强节目的针对性,办好外宣栏目。
Establishing a good objective and fair image of China in the world and letting the world know China are the goals of every one of our TV outreach workers who work hard. As a local station to produce outreach programs, it should be recognized that what kind of city will be introduced to overseas audiences, what objectively is what kind of China is spread to all over the world. Making full use of the television media, promoting China objectively and impartially in the international community, and establishing the image of China undergoing reform and opening up in a subtle way rely on the strategy of “big outreach” on television. Now that the CCTV International Channel is an important window for China’s external communications, the long-term multi-angle cooperation between local stations is forming a synergy. In implementing the strategy of “big outpost”, in order to improve the quality of TV programs, local stations must further highlight the local features, enhance the pertinence of the programs, and improve the publicity programs.
