推动传统媒体与新兴媒体融合发展,是我国媒体一项紧迫的战略任务。建立适应融合发展的组织结构、传播体系和管理体制,又是深入推进这项任务的关键。近期媒体曝光的《纽约时报》调研团队完成的《创新报告2014》,透露了该报融合传统业务与数字业务的核心战略与关键举措,值得借鉴。对此报告国内外业界后来也出现多种评论,欢迎来稿继续交流。
Promoting the integration and development of traditional media and emerging media is an urgent strategic task for the media in our country. Establishing an organizational structure, a communication system and a management system that are adapted to the integration and development are the keys to furthering this task. Recent Innovations 2014 completed by The New York Times research team disclosed in the media revealed the newspaper’s core strategy and key measures of merging traditional businesses and digital businesses, which is worth learning from. This report also appeared a variety of comments later in the industry at home and abroad, welcome contributions continue to exchange.
