在我国经济发展过程中,中小企业发展是一个非常重要的组成部分。然而与大型企业相比较,中小企业在职工教育培训这方面存在一定的问题。为了能够提高企业员工的整体素质以及相应的业务技能,这就要求中小企业要建立一套适合职工的教育培训管理体系,从而使得员工的工作效率得到提高。与此同时由于中小企业的管理者比较重视经济利益,从而忽视了对职工教育培训的投入,最终在生产过程中出现资源浪费现象比较严重,从而影响了企业的经济效益。本文主要分析了中小企业职工教育的现状,并提出中小企业教育培训体系构建思路。
In the process of economic development in our country, the development of SMEs is a very important part. However, compared with the large-scale enterprises, SMEs have some problems in the aspects of employee education and training. In order to be able to improve the overall quality of employees and the corresponding business skills, which requires SMEs to establish a set of education and training management system suitable for employees, so that employees work efficiency is improved. At the same time, as SMEs managers pay more attention to economic benefits, they neglect the investment in employee education and training. Finally, the waste of resources appears more serious in the production process, which affects the economic benefits of enterprises. This paper analyzes the status quo of SME staff education and puts forward the train of thought for SME education and training system.
