一、前言高温测量中一个不容忽视的测量误差是辐射误差,随着介质温度的提高,这种误差愈来愈显得重要。已有资料对铂铑_(10) ——铂热电偶的辐射修正问题进行过研究。本文采用粗细双测量端热电偶消除辐射影响的原理,对于铂铑_(30) ——铂铑_(6) 热电偶的辐射修正进行实验研究,从实验取得的数据整理成辐射修正方程。此方程可用于φ0.5mm铂铑_(30) ——铂铑_6热电偶在相同或接近实验条件下进行高温测量时的辐射修正。
I. INTRODUCTION A measurement error that can not be ignored in high temperature measurement is the radiation error. As the temperature of the medium increases, this error becomes more and more important. There have been data on the platinum rhodium _ (10) - platinum thermocouple radiation correction issues have been studied. In this paper, the principle of eliminating the influence of the end thermocouple with the thickness measuring double thermocouple is adopted. The radiation correction of the platinum rhodium (30) -platinum rhodium thermocouple (6) is studied experimentally, and the data obtained from the experiment is sorted into the radiation correction equation. This equation can be used for φ0.5mm platinum rhodium _ (30) - platinum rhodium _6 thermocouple radiation measurements at the same or near the experimental temperature correction.
