目的总结应用后腹腔镜术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法应用腹腔镜经腹膜后途径行肾上腺肿瘤摘除术63例,肾上腺切除术22例。结果 85例中,84例成功切除肿瘤,首例中转开放手术。手术时间55～225min,平均118min。术后住院时间为3～9d,平均4.8d。病理诊断:肾上腺无功能腺瘤22例,原发性醛固酮症腺瘤21例,皮质醇腺瘤7例,嗜铬细胞瘤14例,肾上腺囊肿9例,肾上腺髓性脂肪瘤11例,神经节细胞瘤1例。结论后腹腔镜术治疗肾上腺肿瘤安全、有效、创伤小,患者痛苦轻,术后恢复快。
Objective To summarize the efficacy and safety of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors. Methods Laparoscopic retroperitoneal adrenalectomy in 63 cases, adrenalectomy in 22 cases. Results Of the 85 cases, 84 cases successfully resected the tumor, the first case of open surgery. Operation time 55 ~ 225min, an average of 118min. Postoperative hospital stay for 3 ~ 9d, an average of 4.8d. Pathological diagnosis: 22 cases of adrenal non-functioning adenoma, 21 cases of primary aldosterone adenoma, cortisol adenoma in 7 cases, 14 cases of pheochromocytoma, adrenal cyst in 9 cases, adrenal myeloma in 11 cases, ganglion 1 case of cell tumor. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors is safe, effective and less traumatic. The patient has less pain and has faster recovery after operation.
