教师专业发展是教师职业生涯过程中的重要方面。传统的教师评价机制存在不足,不利于教师专业发展。教师工作的特殊性,决定了教师评价机制必须以符合教师的心理特点和合理需要为前提,评价重点应该是运用评价激励因素去调动教师工作的积极性。
Teacher professional development is an important aspect of the teacher’s career. The traditional teacher evaluation mechanism is deficient, not conducive to the professional development of teachers. The particularity of teachers’ work determines that the teacher evaluation mechanism must be based on the teachers’ psychological characteristics and reasonable needs as the prerequisite. The evaluation should focus on using the motivation of evaluation and motivation to mobilize the teachers’ work.
