工程机械用柴油机的使用寿命和正常的维护保养直接关系到施工的进度和机器的使用成本。据资料统计,柴油机70％的故障出在油类和“三滤”(柴油滤清器、机油滤清器和空气滤清器)管理不严和使用不当上。随着全国工程建设的增多,工程机械柴油机冒黑烟等故障也普遍增多,迫使我们要进一步重视柴油机油类和“三滤”的管好用好工作,并要求切实做好下述3项。
