在大型复杂项目内部实现“虚拟扁平化”沟通管理模式是解决内部沟通的主要方式,不仅可以保证生产组织的科学性和高效性,而且还能减少沟通渠道的数量、削弱沟通层级和处理沟通存在的问题。文章对大型复杂项目内部沟通管理问题进行了分析,并以微信平台为基础作为切入点来研究项目的内部沟通问题。
