教学工作中存在着复杂的纵横关系,把握其间的关系平衡,促进教学质量的稳步提高,现在已逐步为人们所认识。那种“顾一头、抓一段”的近视作法,只能破坏教学平衡,导致恶性循环。贪眼前之利,失长远之计,是为不可取。为此,我们不仅要认识教学关系平衡的重要,而且要研究教学平衡诸关系,以便在教学管理和教学过程中自觉调整,使教学链不至脱节,有利于教学按规律向前运行。
There are complex vertical and horizontal relations in the teaching work. Grasping the balance of relations among them and promoting the steady improvement of teaching quality have gradually become known to the people. The kind of "take a head, grab a paragraph of myopia practices, teaching can only undermine the balance, leading to a vicious circle. The greed of the immediate benefits, the loss of long-term plan, is not desirable. For this reason, we should not only understand the importance of the balance of teaching relationship, but also study the balance of teaching so that we can adjust the teaching management and teaching process consciously so that the teaching chain will not be out of line with each other.
