Teaching activities are the bilateral activities of teachers and students. The successful teaching of every teacher can not be relied on simply by teachers or passive acceptance by students. Only by giving full play to the leading role of teachers, arousing the initiative of students to learn and cultivating students’ consciousness of learning can we solve the contradiction between teaching and learning and achieve good teaching results. In order to reach transfer students
