用陆地棉品种间杂种一代产量高、优势强杂交组合的 F2 代群体作为基础材料 ,对 F2 和 F2∶ 3 家系分别按单株考种 ,并利用相关分析软件对多个经济性状的次数分布作了比较分析 ,结果表明这些性状表现为连续的正态分布 ,为典型的多个微效基因控制的数量性状。对 F2 代群体中单株纤维品质性状的分析表明 :F2 代的均值与 F1代的各项指标平均数差异不显著。但从 F2 群体具体组成上分析就会得出绝然相反的结论。所以在生产上应充分利用优势组合的杂种一代的杂种优势 ,对其二代的利用则应谨慎评价、科学决策
F2 generation F2 and F2: 3 families were tested on single plant lines using the F2 generation population with high yield and superior hybrid combinations among upland hybrids of upland cotton varieties. The correlation analysis software was used to analyze the distribution of multiple economic traits The comparative analysis shows that these traits show a continuous normal distribution, which is a quantitative trait controlled by multiple microsatellite loci. The analysis of individual fiber quality traits in F2 population showed that there was no significant difference between the mean of F2 generation and the average of F1 generation. However, the specific composition of the F2 population analysis will lead to the opposite conclusion. Therefore, we should make full use of heterosis of hybrid generation of superior combination in production, and should make cautious evaluation on the utilization of the second generation, make scientific decision
