文章采用DEA分析了2002—2007年我国茶业的全要素生产率、技术变动、规模效率、纯技术效率的变动,认为我国茶业的全要素生产率整体呈波动中上升的趋势,其中技术进步是主要因素,规模效率和纯技术效率的变动对全要素生产率影响较小,各个茶类都存在一定的技术进步,但绿茶和紧压茶的规模效率有所恶化,同时不同茶区的规模效率和纯技术效率存在明显的差异,最终在研究基础上提出相应政策建议。
In this paper, DEA was used to analyze the changes of total factor productivity, technological change, scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of China’s tea industry from 2002 to 2007. The total factor productivity of tea industry in our country showed an overall upward trend in fluctuation.
