黑土模拟酸化后,研究土壤不同pH值对过氧化氢酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶以及淀粉酶活性影响。结果表明:土壤中过氧化氢酶活性随着pH值的减小而降低;土壤脲酶和淀粉酶活性的变化趋势相似,在pH值为4.5-7之间均随着土壤pH值的降低而减少,当土壤pH值<5.5时,脲酶和淀粉酶的活性明显的降低。随着土壤酸化程度的增加,当土壤酸化到一定程度后(pH=4.5时),促进酸性磷酸酶活性地增加。
After simulated acidification of black soil, the effects of different soil pH on catalase, urease, acid phosphatase and amylase activity were studied. The results showed that the activity of catalase in soil decreased with the decrease of pH value. The trend of change of soil urease and amylase activity was similar, and decreased with the decrease of soil pH at pH 4.5-7 , When the soil pH value <5.5, the urease and amylase activity was significantly reduced. With the increase of soil acidification, when the soil acidified to a certain extent (pH = 4.5), it promoted the increase of acid phosphatase activity.
