柱状田头菇又称柱状环锈菌、柳环菌、杨(?)菇,是一种肉厚昧美的野生食用菌。产品在市(?)上试销,受到消费者的一致好评。群众普遍反(?)该菌鲜香可口,具有野生菌的特殊风味,炒食做汤皆宜,品质优于平菇。该菌主要生长在阔叶树树干或树桩的枯死部分。1985年9月,从我省双流县一户农家庭院的菩堤树上采得该菌,用组织分离法获得纯种并于当年试栽成功。1988年 Columnar head mushrooms, also known as columnar ring rust, willow ring bacteria, Yang (?)
