目的研究鄂尔多斯半日花Helianthemum ordosicum树枝的化学成分。方法采用各种色谱法对鄂尔多斯半日花氯仿提取物进行分离,运用波谱法鉴定分离所得化合物的结构。结果从鄂尔多斯半日花氯仿提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1)、stigmast-4-en-3-one(2)、阿魏酸丁酯(3)、苯甲酸二丁酯(4)、苯甲酸(5)、咖啡酸(6)、阿魏酸(7)、表儿茶素(8)、儿茶素(9)、表没食子儿茶素(10)、没食子儿茶素(11)和没食子儿茶素-(4α,8)-表没食子儿茶素(12)。结论化合物1~12均为该植物中首次分离得到,其中化合物2、8~12为该属植物中首次分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Helianthemum ordosicum branches in Erdos. Methods Various chromatographic methods were used to separate the chloroform extract of Erdos half-day flower, and the structures of isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopy. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract of Erdos semilunychus and identified as β-sitosterol (1), stigmast-4-en-3-one (2), butyl ferulate (5), caffeic acid (6), ferulic acid (7), epicatechin (8), catechin (9), epigallocatechin Gallocatechin (11) and Gallocatechin - (4α, 8) - epigallocatechin (12). Conclusions Compounds 1 to 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compounds 2 and 8 to 12 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
