目的优选止咳化痰合剂提取工艺。方法采用超声浸泡-水提回流法对药材进行提取。以橙皮苷的提取率、黄芩苷的提取率以及干浸膏得率为综合考察指标,采用正交设计法考察浸泡时间、加水量、提取时间、提取次数4个因素的影响,优选最佳提取工艺,并进行工艺验证。结果最佳工艺为加10倍药材量的水超声浸泡20 min,提取2次,每次80 min。结论验证试验表明,通过正交试验优选的止咳化痰合剂提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective To optimize cough and phlegm mixture extraction process. Methods Ultrasonic soaking - water extraction method was used to extract medicinal materials. The extraction rate of hesperidin, the extraction rate of baicalin and the yield of dry extract were comprehensively investigated. The orthogonal design method was used to investigate the effects of four factors including soaking time, adding water, extracting time and extracting times. Extraction process, and process validation. Results The best technique was ultrasonic soaking in water with 10 times the amount of medicinal material for 20 min and extraction twice for 80 min. Conclusion The validation test showed that the extraction process of cough and phlegm mixture optimized by orthogonal experiment is stable and feasible.
