本文采用还原条件下喷射粉末的喷射还原脱磷法(IRD),可在保持高铬含量(>13%)不受氧化的条件下有效地脱除钢液中的磷。经5吨和15吨钢液的工业性试验,可以顺利地介决高磷返回料冶炼不锈钢的操作工艺。本文探讨了还原脱磷的基本原理,在特定的条件下钙与磷生成磷化钙的脱磷反应;3{Ca}十2[P]→(Ca_3P_2),喷射冶金促进了这一反应的工业应用。作者认为采用喷射还原脱磷将为工业应用中一种提高质量的手段。
In this paper, jet reduction dephosphorization (IRD) of sprayed powders under reducing conditions can effectively remove phosphorus in molten steel while keeping high chromium content (> 13%) without oxidation. After 5 tons and 15 tons of liquid steel industrial test, you can successfully solve the high phosphorus return material smelting stainless steel operating process. In this paper, the basic principle of reductive dephosphorization is discussed. The dephosphorization reaction of calcium and phosphorus to form calcium phosphide under specific conditions; 3 {Ca} 12 [P] → (Ca_3P_2), jet metallurgy promoted the reaction of the industrial application. The authors believe that the use of spray reduction dephosphorization of industrial applications will be a means of improving quality.
