随着刑法修正案的频繁颁布以及它在立法理论和技术上缺陷的日趋暴露,刑法修正案模式逐渐引起学界的关注,学者们针对相关问题展开了研究并形成了较多的论文成果。本文从刑法修正案模式的概念和内容开始,依次对刑法修正案模式的优越性、缺陷和完善等问题进行了综述性研究,旨在通过整理和评述前人的研究成果实现对刑法修正案模式的更深刻理解,也希望通过找出现有研究的不足或困境为后续研究者提供思考的方向。 With the frequent promulgation of the amendment of criminal law and its increasingly exposed defects in legislative theory and technology, the criminal law amendment pattern has aroused the concern of the academic circles. Scholars have conducted research on the related issues and formed more papers.
