用0、50、100、150、200、250和300Gy的γ射线及0、1、2、3mM的叠氮化钠复合处理水稻品种广陆矮4号的干种子。结果表明,M_1的损伤效应随γ射线剂量和叠氮化钠浓度的提高而增加。复合处理在苗高、根长、苗高活力指数和根长活力指数方面表现累加效应,在染色体畸变方面存在协同作用。复合处理的最佳剂量组合为200Gyγ射线+2mM叠氮化钠,其叶绿素、抽穗期和株高突变频率均最高,分别为2.833%、3.473%和1.828%,相互作用系数分别为1.649、1.329和1.449。
The dry seeds of Guangluai 4, a rice variety, were treated with 0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300 Gy gamma rays and 0, 1, 2, and 3 mM sodium azide. The results showed that the damage effect of M 1 increased with the increase of γ-ray dose and sodium azide concentration. The composite treatment showed additive effects in seedling height, root length, seedling vigor index and root vigor index, and synergistic effect in chromosomal aberration. The optimal dose combination for combination treatment was 200 Gyγ-ray + 2 mM sodium azide, with the highest frequency of chlorophyll, heading and plant height being 2.833%, 3.473% and 1.828% respectively, and the interaction coefficients were 1.649, 1.329 and 1.449.
