The main purpose of work is not to produce goods. It is to build people... exactly what form or type of work we have. This is not very important; what is important is our attitude toward work. Even if one job doesn’t seem worth much, if you have to do it. It is important to do it well. Even if others do not know you are doing well, you know it. Assuming the obligation to do good quality work, it makes them responsible for cultivating their own abilities, self-esteem and self-discipline, and doing their best to do the best. Do the best possible people. If you try to be lazy or barely cope. What you deceive is not only your employer, your customers, your clients and your co-workers, but above all, you have deceived yourself. You deceive yourself. You lose your chance to cultivate self-respect and self-worth. You deceive yourself. You lose your chance to meet challenges and develop your inner strength and talents. You can fool other people, but you will never fool yourself. It can be seen that the key is to be determined to use every possible opportunity
