摘要目的设计并验证一种能够在CT影像上检出及定量分析胸、腰椎成骨性转移瘤的计算机后处理软件系统。材料与方法本回顾性研究遵循HIPAA法案,获得机构审查委员会的批准,免除病人知情同意。确定有脊椎成骨性病灶的CT影像49例(女14例,男35例,年龄12~77岁,平均57.0岁),脊椎无病灶的CT影像10例作为对照组(女4例,男6例,年龄19~70岁,平均55.2岁)。病例组体积≥0.3 cm3的病灶共有532个。CT检查被分成训练组及测试组,所得到的影像由试制的全自动计算机辅助检测软件进行分析。本研究还
Abstract Objective To design and validate a computerized postprocessing software system capable of detecting and quantitatively analyzing the thoracic and lumbar osteogenic metastases on CT images. Materials and Methods This retrospective study followed the HIPAA Act with the approval of the Institutional Review Board to dispense with patients’ informed consent. 49 cases (14 males and 35 females, aged 12-77 years, mean 57.0 years) with CT images of vertebral osteogenesis lesions and CT images of lesions without spondylosis were selected as control group (4 males and 6 females Cases, aged 19 to 70 years, mean 55.2 years old).
