以解热镇痛药酮洛芬为配体构筑了钴的配合物,并通过元素分析、红外、单晶X射线衍射仪对该配合物的结构进行了表征。配合物[Co(C16H13O3)2(H2O)4].H2O属于三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,a=8.5966(17)魡,b=8.8939(18)魡,c=21.872(4)魡,α=92.08(3)°,β=99.69(3)°,γ=108.92(3)°。两个分子中每个钴原子位于反演中心,分别与两个酮洛芬配体中的两个羧基氧原子以及四个水分子中的四个氧原子配位,具有正八面体配位构型,且由分子内氢键和分子间氢键形成了三维氢键超分子网络结构。
The structure of the complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffractometry. Complexes [Co (C16H13O3) 2 (H2O) 4] .H2O belongs to the triclinic system with a space group of P-1, a = 8.5966 17, b = 8.8939 18 18, c =魡, α = 92.08 (3) °, β = 99.69 (3) °, γ = 108.92 (3) °. Each cobalt atom in each of the two molecules is located in the inversion center and coordinates with two carboxyl oxygen atoms in the two ketoprofen ligands and four oxygen atoms in the four water molecules respectively and has a regular octahedral coordination configuration , And the three-dimensional hydrogen bonding supramolecular network structure is formed by intramolecular hydrogen bonding and intermolecular hydrogen bonding.
