利用ANSYS有限元软件的生死单元技术,针对某型号中部槽中板和槽帮的异种多道焊接温度场进行计算,实现了焊接材料逐步填充的模拟,得到了焊接过程中不同时刻温度场云图,并给出了各关键点的温度变化曲线。所得曲线和云图比较真实地反映了中部槽焊接时温度场状况,为进一步研究中部槽的焊接变形和焊接残余应力问题奠定基础,对指导中部槽的焊接生产具有重要意义。
The life and death cell technology of ANSYS finite element software is used to calculate the temperature field of heterogeneous multipass welding in the middle plate of a certain type of middle slot and the slotted groove to realize the gradual filling of the welding material. The temperature field at different time of welding is obtained, And gives the temperature curve of each key point. The obtained curve and the cloud map more truly reflect the temperature field in the middle groove welding, which lays a foundation for further research on the welding deformation and welding residual stress in the middle groove. It is significant to guide the welding of the middle groove.
