通过阅读关于组织学习与小微企业联盟等大量文献得出,以小微企业联盟为平台开展小微企业联盟组织学习的效果评估研究相对较缺乏。构建小微企业联盟组织学习效果评估体系,运用李克特五点量表法设计小微企业联盟组织学习效果评估体系的评价内容。以青岛某水产发展有限公司为案例,通过问卷调查,分析了公司现有组织学习体系的不足,并提出相关建议。
By reading a large number of literatures about organizational learning and alliances of small and micro enterprises, it is concluded that the research on the effect evaluation of the organizational learning of small and micro enterprises by the micro-enterprise alliance as a platform is relatively scarce. The evaluation system of learning effect of small and micro enterprises alliance organizations is constructed, and the evaluation content of learning evaluation system of small and micro enterprises alliance is designed using Likert five-point scale method. Taking Qingdao Aquatic Development Co., Ltd. As a case, through the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the shortage of the existing organizational learning system and puts forward some suggestions.
