概述了气焰切割、等离子切割、激光切割和水射流切割等当今主要的几种切割方法,分析其技术区别与联系并综合论述了其理论、工艺、设备研究现状和发展趋势。针对这几种切割都需外界能源和设备,难以在复杂环境诸如战场抢修、自然灾害等实现快速、有效地切割的特点,提出一种无需外界能源进行切割的烟火切割技术,并基于此技术设计出一种新型的切割弹,为抢险救灾、战场抢修的应急切割提供有力技术保障。
The current main cutting methods, such as gas flame cutting, plasma cutting, laser cutting and water jet cutting, are summarized. The differences and relations between the technologies are analyzed. The present situation and development trend of the theory, technology and equipment are summarized. In view of the characteristics that these kinds of cutting all require external energy and equipment and are difficult to be cut quickly and effectively in complex environments such as battlefield repair and natural disasters, a pyrotechnic cutting technology without external energy source cutting is proposed. Based on the technical design A new type of cutting projectile, emergency rescue for disaster relief, battlefield repair to provide a strong technical support.
