1. Reliability-centered maintenance is widely used. The study of a single model of the relationship between mechanical wear and time functions has been broken in the past. Applying the theory of system reliability and maintainability, the research and analysis of mathematical statistics on reliability parameters, such as mechanical mean time between failures, failure rate, reliability, average maintenance time, repair rate, maintenance degree, and effective utilization rate, were conducted. The selection of mechanical maintenance methods and the determination of the optimal maintenance time provide a scientific basis, which greatly promotes the overall life cycle management. 2.
