本论文以聚丙烯(PP)为基体树脂,以含有蒙脱土的单体型膨胀型阻燃剂为阻燃剂,采用熔融共混的方式,制备含有不同比例蒙脱土的阻燃复合材料。采用极限氧指数(LOI)、UL-94垂直燃烧和锥形量热仪等手段研究了阻燃复合材料的阻燃性能。极限氧指数结果表明随着蒙脱土的添加量的增加,材料的极限氧指数有所降低,但仍能通过UL-94测试;锥形量热仪结果表明样品,添加1 wt%蒙脱土的样品具有最佳的阻燃效果。
In this paper, polypropylene (PP) as the matrix resin, containing montmorillonite monomeric intumescent flame retardant as a flame retardant, the use of melt blending, preparation of flame retardant composites containing different proportions of montmorillonite . The flame retardancy of flame retardant composites was studied by means of limiting oxygen index (LOI), UL-94 vertical burning and cone calorimeter. The results of the limit oxygen index show that the limiting oxygen index of the material decreases with the addition of montmorillonite, but it still passes the UL-94 test. The results of the cone calorimeter show that the sample added with 1 wt% of montmorillonite The sample has the best flame retardant effect.
