5月13～14日,为进一步优化工程设计,节省工程投资,方便工程施工,加快工程进度,山东省南水北调工程建设管理局、南水北调东线山东干线公司邀请7位国内外知名设计及施工方面的专家组成咨询专家委员会,在济南组织召开了南水北调东线一期工程穿黄河工程优化设计专家咨询会。专家们深入工程现场进行了实地查勘,针对一些具体问题提出建议,并特别强调,施工图设计时要重视土方平衡,尽量减少工程占地。
