新店员进店入职后,很多企业都期望旧有成熟店员能够在经验和技巧上对新店员有所帮助。但在销售业绩和工作职责等影响下,旧有店员对于新店员的指导却少而又少,甚至有时会因岗位竞争刻意压制新店员的成长。因此,一方面为消除这种影响企业市场收益现象的存在;另一方面,也为使终端实战经验更好地传播、传授,笔者提出了终端“指导师”在店铺中现场指导的培训方法。
After the new clerk into the store entry, many companies expect the old mature clerk can experience and skills to help the new clerk. However, under the influence of sales performance and job responsibilities, the old clerks have less and less guidance on the new clerks, and sometimes even deliberately suppress the growth of new clerks due to job competition. Therefore, on the one hand, in order to eliminate the existence of such phenomena affecting the market returns of enterprises, on the other hand, in order to better disseminate and impart the terminal’s actual combat experience, the author proposes the training of on-site instruction of the terminal “instructor ” method.
