细菌性痢疾是由痢疾杆菌引起的一种常见肠道传染病.临床实践证明痢疾杆菌耐药菌株逐年增加与广泛存在,可同时对多种药物耐药.我院肠道门诊于2000年5～10月,2001年5～10月收治的10例急性菌痢患者在院外用药物治疗后效果不佳,就诊我院选择了氨苄西林和氧氟沙星治疗,经过观察,疗效满意.
