目的研究大鼠口服α-常春藤皂苷后粪便中的代谢产物。方法大鼠igα-常春藤皂苷150 mg/kg后,采集其0~24h粪便样品,应用超高效液相色谱-复合三重四级杆线性离子阱质谱(UPLC-Q/Trap-MS)联用技术对样品进行分析。结果检测到原形药物、原形药物的同分异构体及7个可能的代谢产物,包括去甲基化代谢物(M1)、脱糖代谢物(M2、M3)、葡萄糖醛酸化代谢物(M4)和双键加成代谢物(M5、M6-1、M6-2)。结论α-常春藤皂苷在大鼠胃肠道内会发生多种代谢反应,主要有脱糖代谢、葡萄糖醛酸化代谢、去甲基化代谢等。
