在不同温度下对电沉积纳米晶镍镀层与低碳钢基体进行退火热处理。用X-ray衍射(XRD)考察了镀层微观结构的变化。实验结果表明,镀层在3000C以上开始有较明显的晶粒长大发生,同时镀层织构发生转变。脉冲电沉积纳米晶镍镀层的热稳定性比直流镀层的要好。
Electrodeposition of nanocrystalline nickel coatings and low carbon steel substrates were annealed and annealed at different temperatures. The microstructure of coatings was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The experimental results show that the coating begins to have obvious grain growth at more than 3000 C, and the texture of coating changes. Pulse electrodeposition of nanocrystalline nickel coating thermal stability than DC coating is better.
