中国档案学会档案学基础理论、历史与教育学术委员会与国家档案局档案干部教育中心联合召开的档案学基础理论学术讨论会,于1992年9月22～26日在山西省大同市召开。9月22日,学术讨论会举行开幕式。开幕式由国家档案局档案干部教育中心主任、档案学基础理论学术委员会副主任、副教授王德俊主持。出席开幕式并在主席台就座的有:中国档案学会副理事长、教授李鸿健,山西省档案局局长石浒泷,中国人民大学档案学院副院长兼系主任、教授曹喜琛,档案学基础理论学术委员会主任、教授和宝荣,中共大同市委副书记程步云和大同市副市长付杰让以及大同市档案局局长刘金荣。出席开幕式的还有:北京联合大学文法学院院长、档案学基础理论学术委员会副主任、教授邹家炜,安徽省档案局局长、研究馆员濮德祥,河南省档案局副局长胡绍华,国家档案局档案干部教育中心副主任、副研究员吴景山以及北京联合大学文法学院档
Archives of China Archives Society of basic theory, history and education Academic Committee and the National Archives Cadres Education Center files archives jointly held by the basic theory of academic forums, September 22, 1992 September 22 to be held in Datong, Shanxi Province. September 22, the symposium held its opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided over by Wang Dejun, director of the Archives Cadre Education Center of the State Archives Bureau and deputy director and associate professor of the Academic Committee of Basic Theory of Archives. Attend the opening ceremony and were seated on the rostrum: China Archives Association, vice president, Professor Li Hongjian, Shanxi Provincial Archives Secretary Shi Hu Long, Renmin University of China Archives Associate Dean and Dean, Professor Cao Xichen, archives theory Academic Committee Director, Professor and Bao Rong, deputy secretary of the CPC Datong Municipal Chengbu Yun and Datong Vice Mayor Fu Jie Jean and Datong Archives Director Liu Jinrong. Also present at the opening ceremony were Dean of the Grammar School of Beijing Union University, Associate Director of the Academic Committee of Basic Theory of Archives, Professor Zou Jiawei, Director of the Archives Bureau of Anhui Province, Researcher Pu Dexiang, Deputy Director General of Henan Archives Hu Shaohua, Archives of the State Archives Deputy Director of Cadre Education Center, Associate Professor Wu Jingshan and Beijing Union University Grammar School
