从理论上分析了利用电容法进行谷物含水率测量时,所测电容量与其影响因素之间的定量关系,研制成功了一种不受谷物堆积密度变化影响的谷物含水率在线测试系统,并利用该系统对小麦、玉米做了研究试验,建立了测量频率与谷物含水率之间的数学关系模型。试验数据表明:与标准烘箱法相比,该系统的最大测量误差小于0.70%。此系统为谷物含水率在线测试提供了可行方法。
This paper theoretically analyzes the quantitative relationship between the measured capacity and the influencing factors when measuring the moisture content of cereals by using the capacitance method. An on-line testing system for the moisture content of grain is successfully developed, which is not affected by the variation of the bulk density. The system of wheat, corn did a research test, established a mathematical relationship between the measurement frequency and grain moisture content model. The experimental data shows that the maximum measurement error of the system is less than 0.70% compared with the standard oven method. This system provides a viable method for online testing of grain moisture content.
