社会提倡孩子全面发展,学校实施素质教育,老师学习新课改精神。但由于学生个体的差异、数学新课程学习内容的加深、教学要求的提高、学习方法的改变、内外界因素的干扰等多方面的原因,学生数学成绩两极分化的现象特别严重。我们要从主观和客观上分析导致学生数学后进的原因,由提高学生学习兴趣、培养学生的学习方法、养成良好的学习习惯等方面入手,做好数学后进生的转化工作。
The community advocates the all-round development of children, the implementation of quality education in schools, and the teacher’s learning of the new curriculum reform. However, due to the differences among the students, the deepening of the learning content of new mathematics curriculum, the improvement of teaching requirements, the change of learning methods and the interference of internal and external factors, the phenomenon of polarization of maths results is particularly serious. We should analyze the reasons leading to the backward mathematics of students from the subjective and objective aspects, starting from improving students ’interest in learning, developing students’ learning methods, and developing good study habits, so as to make the transformation work of postgraduates in mathematics.
