商务部部长陈德铭日前在十八大新闻中心接受媒体采访时表示,要治理进口品牌(即普遍意义上所谓的“奢侈品消费”)目前存在的国内外价格差额较大等问题,首先需要更多地降低奢侈品品牌的价格,也要减少国人在国外的过度消费。在内需启动缓慢甚至消费不振情况下,国人的海外消费却热火朝天、迅猛增长。因为存在价差吸引力,国外商品较国内商品售价更为优惠,越来越多的消费者选择在国外购买商品,甚至购买“中国制造”的国际品牌商品。如何把海外奢侈品巨额消费拉回国内,成为很多部门正在思考的问题。
