本文综述了镉引起肾细胞凋亡的研究进展 ,并分析了镉引起肾细胞凋亡的几种可能的分子机制。主要内容包括 :(1 )体内、体外有关镉诱导肾细胞凋亡的研究及其时间_效应与剂量_效应关系。 (2 )镉诱导肾细胞凋亡的分子机制。认为与细胞内钙超载、原癌基因的表达、氧化应激及MAPKs引起的级联反应有关。一般认为镉是通过多途径引起细胞凋亡 ,且对于不同类型的细胞 ,引起凋亡的机制及具体过程不完全一致
This article reviews the progress of cadmium - induced renal cell apoptosis and analyzes several possible molecular mechanisms of cadmium - induced renal cell apoptosis. The main contents include: (1) In vivo and in vitro studies of cadmium-induced renal cell apoptosis and its time-effect and dose-effect relationship. (2) Cadmium-induced molecular mechanism of renal cell apoptosis. It is thought to be related to intracellular calcium overload, proto-oncogene expression, oxidative stress and cascade reactions caused by MAPKs. It is generally believed that cadmium causes apoptosis through multiple pathways and does not completely induce the mechanism of apoptosis and the specific process for different types of cells
