孟德尔遗传定律是高中生物教与学的重点和难点。本文从一道高考模拟题学生的答题混乱状态入手,以两对相对性状分离比“9:3:3:1”的教与学为内容,探讨教师要从假说演绎过程讲解、9:3:3:1数学模型的建立、孟德尔遗传定律实现的条件、自由组合发生的时间四方面反思教学,并对9:3:3:1运用数学方法分析,以实例对9:3:3:1的运用进行学法引导,在实践中进行测试,学生运用9:3:3:1的情况有所改进。
Mendel’s law of genetics is the focus and difficulty of high school biology teaching and learning.
