目的测定柴黄颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法HPLC色谱条件:C18色谱柱(250mm×4mm,10μm);柱温25℃,流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长280nm;流动相甲醇-磷酸-四氢呋喃(45:55:6)(磷酸为pH=2.7的磷酸水溶液)。结果黄芩苷进样量在3.7~29.6μg/ml范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线Y=57417x-31303,γ=0.9998,平均回收率为99.67%,RSD=0.15%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of baicalin in Chaihuang Granules. Methods HPLC chromatographic conditions: C18 column (250mm×4mm, 10μm); column temperature 25°C, flow rate: 1.0ml/min; detection wavelength 280nm; mobile phase methanol-phosphoric acid-tetrahydrofuran (45:55:6) (phosphoric acid is pH =2.7 aqueous solution of phosphoric acid). Results There was a good linear relationship between the peak area value and the injection amount of baicalin in the range of 3.7 to 29.6 μg/ml. The standard curve was Y=57417x-31303 and γ=0.9998. The average recovery was 99.67%, and the RSD was 0.15% ( n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
