主要研究了基于最大信噪比的盲源分离算法,针对4组信号的混合信号进行了分离仿真实验,得到了较好的分离效果,并将其应用于齿轮箱的振动信号分离。对多组振动信号分析结果表明,该算法对混合信号具有很强地分离能力,为机械设备的故障诊断提供了一种有力的信号预处理方法。
The blind source separation algorithm based on maximum signal to noise ratio (SNR) is mainly studied. The mixed signal of 4 groups of signals is separated and simulated. The better separation effect is obtained and applied to the vibration signal separation of gearboxes. The analysis results of several groups of vibration signals show that this algorithm has a strong ability of separating mixed signals and provides a powerful signal preprocessing method for the fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment.
