随着知识经济的到来和动态能力理论、核心竞争力理论的的提出,人力资源管理越来越受到实务界和理论界的关注,因为人力资源是知识的载体,能为企业带来核心竞争力和动态能力,从而影响企业绩效。所以本文欲通过分析我国人力资源开发现状及存在的问题和其对企业绩效的影响关系,从人力资源的规划、培养和激励三个角度,提出我国人力资源开发的对策和建议,进而提高企业绩效。
With the advent of the knowledge economy and the theory of dynamic capabilities and the theory of core competence, human resources management has drawn more and more attention from practitioners and theorists as human resources are the carrier of knowledge and can bring core competitiveness to enterprises And dynamic capabilities, thus affecting business performance. Therefore, by analyzing the current situation of human resource development in our country and its existing problems and its impact on the performance of enterprises, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on human resources development in China from three aspects of human resources planning, training and motivation so as to improve the performance of enterprises .
