研究了晶体生长过程中的不同参数(温度梯度GL,晶体生长速度V)对Fe72.5Ga27.5合金晶体取向规律的影响。Fe72.5Ga27.5合金经过炉冷、空冷及淬火等热处理后,研究了热处理对<110>取向多晶合金磁致伸缩性能的影响,并通过微观组织分析进行必要的解释。结果表明:样品的性能与温度梯度和生长速度有着密切的关系。取向多晶样品热处理前后组织形貌没有明显变化,淬火后<110>轴向取向多晶FeGa样品的性能明显提高。
The influence of different parameters (temperature gradient GL, crystal growth rate V) on the crystal orientation of Fe72.5Ga27.5 alloy was studied. The effects of heat treatment on the magnetostrictive properties of <110> oriented polycrystalline alloys were studied after heat treatment of Fe72.5Ga27.5 alloy by cooling, air cooling and quenching, and the necessary explanations were given by microstructure analysis. The results show that the performance of the sample is closely related to the temperature gradient and the growth rate. The morphology of the as-ordered polycrystalline samples did not change significantly before and after heat treatment. The properties of the <110> axially-oriented polycrystalline FeGa samples after quenching were significantly improved.
