目的观察单次血液灌流治疗对成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF-23)的影响。方法对19例维持性血液透析期患者进行血液灌流串联血液透析联合治疗,观察单次血液灌流对FGF-23的清除效果。结果单次血液灌流2h可明显降低血FGF-23水平[(624.2±50.9)pgvs.(823.7±81.6)pg](P<0.01)。单根血液灌流器治疗2h后仍有吸附作用,与2h比较,4hFGF-23浓度明显降低[(576.4±47.0)pgvs.(624.2±50.9)pg](P<0.01)。结论血液灌流可有效降低FGF-23水平。
Objective To observe the effect of single hemoperfusion on fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF-23). Methods Nineteen patients with maintenance hemodialysis were treated with hemodialysis in combination with hemodialysis, and the effect of single hemoperfusion on FGF-23 clearance was observed. Results After a single hemodialysis for 2 hours, the level of FGF-23 in serum was significantly decreased (P <0.05). (624.2 ± 50.9) pgvs. (823.7 ± 81.6) pg] Adsorption was still observed after 2h of treatment with single hemoperfusion device. Compared with 2h, the concentration of 4hFGF-23 decreased significantly [(576.4 ± 47.0) pg vs (624.2 ± 50.9) pg] (P <0.01). Conclusion Hemoperfusion can effectively reduce the level of FGF-23.
