介绍以高效液相色谱法测定 Ｎ，Ｎ’－双（仲丁基）－对－苯二胺（ＤＢＰＤ）含量．方法使用 ｓｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂ－ ＮＨ_２柱，甲醇：三氯甲烷＝６０：４０（Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，２６３ｎｍ处检测．方法简单，快速，回收率为９５．６％～ １０５％，变异系数不大于２．１％．
The content of N, N’-bis (sec-butyl) -p-phenylenediamine (DBPD) was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Spherisorb-NH_2 column was used with methanol: chloroform = 60:40 (V / V) as mobile phase and detected at 263nm. The method is simple and rapid, the recovery rate is 95.6% ~ 105%, the coefficient of variation is not more than 2.1%.
